PURCHASES
When you submit an order from our online store, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise to you in a timely manner.

EXCHANGES
In the event something is wrong with your merchandise, we will order you a replacement or repair the item at NO COST TO YOU.
Just contact us and tell us what is wrong and we will take it from there.
REFUNDS
In the event that the item you ordered does not meet your needs AND it was NOT a SPECIAL ORDER, you may return the item.
There is a 20% restocking fee imposed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If the item that you ordered is not in stock or is to be delivered direct from the manufacturer, it is considered a SPECIAL ORDER. There are NO REFUNDS on special orders. SPECIAL ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. If the special order is damaged, we will order you a replacement or repair the item at no cost to you.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based on packages shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional charge added to your order. We will contact you regarding the charges before an order is processed.
