I've rarely been so impressed by the services
of any business.  Believe me, we looked high
and low for a suitable shade.  Yours is PERFECT

We even thought the packing of our lampshade

Your timing to check on delivery was perfect.
The fixture arrived yesterday, and it is
hanging and looks and works great.
I installed it with the original transformer
and 20 W bulbs, and now I think you were
right: The light output is not all that bad.
Thanks for the warranty alert:  Makes sense,
considering the additional heat ......
F. Ramond did a terrific job on the down rod:
I hadn't imagined the chain of involved parts,
but looking at the ends, someone must have
worked hard a full day on getting this all
together and matching, what a job!  And the
packaging was a masterpiece as well:
Huge cartons full of styrofoam bubbles
and carefully placed parts suspended in the
middle.  If you have a chance, go ahead and
commend them on this level of quality work
and attention to detail, please.

     I got it today and got it all put up.
It looks GREAT!!! There is only one small problem,
I am not sure what kind of light bulbs to get for it.
What do you suggest?? What works the best? And what kind
of wattage can it handle?

help.  We received the shades, and I was so happy with
the way the recover came out, it looks really cool, I
will send you a Polaroid, so you can see it in the
context of the room.
The Burlap shades fit fine, and I will send you a
picture of that as well.

to my friends in NYC as well as my many family members
and friends who live in Florida.
